            SANKO Chemical Anchor Model VR-30, Can be used for various The formula of the Sanko chemical anchor is designed to provide high bonding. It attaches to the chemical stad push or steel cane to concrete structures such as poles, beams, suitable for applications that require high capacity and require maximum safety, such as building structures. The chemical turns blue and gray when the chemistry begins to harden, shelf life is 1 year.

INSTALLATION METHOD		  
 
FOR SOLID CONCRETE  
 
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION  
  1. Drill holes with a concrete drill bit
  2. Clean the drill hole with abrasive brush and air blowing device (Holes are drilled more clean greatly increase the adhesion efficiency)
  3. Before use to inject 3 drops of the unmixed chemical.
  4. Inject chemical anchors into the drill hole (about 1/2 of the drill hole).
  5. Put the stud or deformed bar into the hole for installation by pressing and turning it clockwise.
  6. Wait for the chemistry to fully solidify. Before installing to the equipment to be fastened

TECHNICAL FEATURES		  
 
The drying time of the chemical anchor after clearing the chemistry in the hole installed at a temperature of 30 degrees is 7 minutes.
