EPX-5K 100% pure epoxy resin for threaded rod or rebar fixing
Volume 400 ml.
SANKO
EPX-5K, it is specially formulated chemical anchor
based on 100% pure epoxy resin, quick loading, no shrinking, and
ideals for hot climate. The product can be stored even at temperatures
above 30° C. SANKO EPX-5K has the strong bonding to the concrete
and good performance in oversized holes. Application into wet
concrete or diamond cored hole does not affect its performance.

| USING THE CARTRIDGE: |

1. Unscrew the cap
and take out the plug. |
| |
2. Pull piston
back and place cartridge into gun. Check the ejection of resin
and hardener. |
3.
Screw on mixing nozzle. Do not use the first few centimeters
of mixture (until the color of mixture change to be steady
gray color). |

| INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: |
 |
1.
Drill the hole. |
 |
2. Thoroughly
clean the hole to remove the dust by using a wire brush
and a puffer. |
 |
3. Apply
nozzle to the hole. Work from the bottom outwards until
it fills approximately half of the hole. |
 |
4. Insert
steel bar into the resin. Slowly rotate it by hand. |

5. Wait
until it is full curing (see table). |
